TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders of Zaza&Lili fashion jewelleries placed on this website by the customer (hereafter called “you”) with Zelli of Sweden AB, Sveavägen 13, 544 32 Hjo, Sweden (corp. reg. No 559040-2888), hereafter called “us” or “we”.

When you submit an order through the website you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.

These terms and conditions, along with the order and the confirmation of payment constitute the contract between you and us for the supply of products.

ORDERS

By placing an order on the website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information which you provide when you place an order is true, accurate, current and complete. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship or act in the capacity of a company. If we cannot accept or process your order, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. This may occur if the information you have provided us with is incomplete or if the products are no longer available, or because of an error in the price and/or other information about the products for which the order has been placed. In such case we are forced to cancel the order or a part of the order, the amount you have paid for those products will be refunded. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information about products displayed on the website is accurate. However, we do not warrant that there are no errors in the description and/or pricing of the products. We strive to show the characteristics of our products, including composition and colours, as correctly as possible. The colours you see on www.zaza-lili.com are, however, dependent on your computer screen, and we cannot guarantee that your computer is able to display colours and other details in a visually correct way. We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to stop selling a product and/or to modify the information about products (including information on prices, description and availability) displayed on the website. However, changes to price, availability or description of products will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed by us.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices are in EUR and including VAT 25 % according to Swedish regulation. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or via your PayPal account.

SHIPPING

We use the Swedish post system Postnord for shipping. Dispatch times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery time in Sweden: 3-5 working days, Europe 5-8 working days and the rest of the world 10 working days. We do not take the responsibility for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

SHIPPING COST

Within Europe: Delivery costs 5 EUR. Free delivery from 50 EUR.
Rest of the World: Shipping costs 12 EUR. Free delivery from 120 EUR. 
Local taxes according to the import regulations of each country may be added.

RETURN POLICY

If you want to return an item you can do so within 14 days counting from the day after you receive the goods. For the return to be accepted, the item has to be unused and in its original state, all tags must still be attached, a copy of your invoice must be provided and you must indicate your name and order number. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment and the risk of the returned goods. We will refund the amount of the paid products as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after the reception of the returned items.

We kindly advice you to use a carton box in case of a return. Do not put the item in an envelope as this may damage the jewel during the transportation. You can use the same package used when receiving the goods, but then be aware that you should take off all old labels from the outer package to avoid shipping errors.

SALE

Items marked SALE cannot be returned but you can exchange it for another product or size if on stock. You are responsible for the cost of the returned goods and the risk. 

CLAIMS

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By placing your order, you agree and understand that we process and use the data provided by you while placing your order on our website, for the handling of the order.

LIABILITY

We are, except for the case of intent or gross negligence, in no way liable for any damages resulting from inaccuracy and/or incompleteness and/or wrongfulness of the content of the website, the (incorrect) use of the website and the providing of inaccurate data. Damages that are in your opinion due to our intent or gross negligence, shall be reported to us in writing as soon after the occurrence of the damage as possible. In case, at any moment our liability arises, this liability is limited to the maximum of the amount of the invoice charged by us. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer and your rights of warranty.

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

The Zaza&Lili trademark as well as all trademarks, whether they are figurative or not, and all other marks, illustrations, images, and logo which appear on its products, accessories or packaging, whether registered or not, are and remain the exclusive property of Zelli of Sweden AB and its affiliated companies. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce trademarks referred to, pictures, images and logos, whether complete, partial or modified, without our prior express written permission, in any way. Violation of this prohibition can be prosecuted.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We make reasonable efforts to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disaster, explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or civil disturbance, strike, industrial action or stoppages of work, any form of government intervention, a third party act or omission, failure of its supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address, or a failure by you to affect payment. We will inform you of any such unforeseen event as soon as possible after its occurrence and it will perform its obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

RESALE OF PRODUCTS

The Products are only distributed through the website and via resellers that are authorized by us. You may not misrepresent yourself as being an authorized reseller or as being qualified to resell the products. We reserve the right to refuse the acceptance of your order if it suspects that you intend to resell its products.o.

DISPUTE

Upon entering the www.zaza-lili.com site you are bound by these terms and conditions. We welcome efforts to settle amicably any dispute that may arise. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions, Swedish law shall be applied, and the forum shall be a public court.
