Shipping and Return Policy
We use the post for shipping. Time of delivery may vary from 2-10 working days. We do not take the responsibility for delay due to the post.
zaza&lili charges freight as follows: Within Sweden: 1 EUR. Within Europe: all orders 5 EUR. Rest of the world: all orders 10 EUR. This cost includes freight and handling cost.
Items marked SALE cannot be returned but you can exchange it for another product or size if on stock. You are responsible for the cost of the returned goods and the risk.
The prices are in EUR and including VAT 25 % according to Swedish regulation. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or via your PayPal account.
If you have ordered but not retrieved the package and the parcel gets returned to us, zaza&lili will charge you an extra fee of 30 EUR corresponding to the extra handling costs.
If you want to return an item you can do so within 14 days counting from the day after you receive the goods. For the return to be accepted, the item has to be in its original state, all tags must still be attached, a copy of your invoice must be provided and you must indicate your name and order number. You are responsible for the cost and the risk of the returned goods.
We kindly advice you to use a carton box in case of a return. Do not put the item in an envelope as this may damage the jewel during the transportation. You can use the same package used when receiving the goods, but then be aware that you should take off all old labels from the outer box to avoid shipping errors.
In case of a broken or faulty item we guarantee all manufacture defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
